Hmm, it's only 19.59 ADB out of a maximum 23.02 ADB. Is the wiki incorrect or is this just a low end magnificent drop?

30 base ADB would be ~675-770 ADB at level 350-400

I was looking at the stats for Legendary Power body armor a little while ago, I don't recall seeing anything over 20 base ADB but they can get over 30? what kind of damage would it have at level 350-400?

The problem is there hasn't been any legendary power armor drops so it's hard to compare. And even if one does drop you can't really make any definitive conclusions based on a sample size of one. It could very well reach 30 but it'd most likely need some kind of ridiculous roll even for a legendary.

I think it's cause Power slaughter needs 2 rolls for the ADB, so it's gonna be pretty hard to get 2 max rolls in a row.
