Yay, I got my first ethereal weapon. The stats and level are kind of low compare to what I'm currently using. I got it from normal girndfest round 50+ (forgot the exact round). BTW, does soul rating increase the attack damage of ethereal weapon?

... sweet mother of piercing mitigation.

With five pieces of equipment like that, after proficiency bonuses you would be entirely immune to piercing damage, 80% immune to slashing damage, 40% immune to crushing damage... before you count in the general 25% physical mitigation and 40% magical mitigation.
