What makes me sad is that before this patch, that staff would have also had a wisdom bonus.

It's quite obvious a lot of equipments are dropping at a higher prefix quality than they should because they're missing PABs that would typically be bad and drag the rating down.

Not all, but definitely most. So the fact that you get exquisites or magnificents or whatever is quite deceptive if it's missing PABs altogether.
