Both of them are pretty good compared to what most other players get anyway. I know both aren't an ethereal mace of slaughter and an ethereal katalox staff of destruction, but they're useful to other players.

If you're going to sell them to the Bazaar, then someone else will buy them anyway. Either keep them or sell them off (either in your own shop or auction). Got lurkers around looking for good equipment.
