Nah, estocs are overrated. I have a decent one, but I don't even use it, because estocs doesn't work too good with kevlar on high difficulties.

And the thing about Power Armor is you don't need need legendary and magnificent pieces to accomplish "assrape."

Light armor won't prevent you from being smashed any more than Power, and then there's always Shield if it really is too much. I haven't had any problems with power armor on BT-IW.

no, you wouldn't for BT. But right around round 170 IWBTH they start to hit more often so if don't have a way to counter that you'll start using pots. Power is great since you'll kill faster and face fewer turns/round but if you have something that needs 225 rounds to clear it will get a lot harder.

If I ever wanted to torture myself via HV, IWBTH-IW with a mace would be the first thing I'd turn to.

It will only get longer as you level up since monster HP outscales your damage output. By a lot.

I can't really see any difference except you holding a button for a little more time. If you want to really feel the boredom - try staff and cloth profs gringing with priestess set through flimsy IW on IWBTH, also known as "whack-o-mania". 1000+ turns for every round can drive anybody to insanity. P.S.: But I assume you've already did it many times, so you know about it.
