You people just keep getting Ethereal weapons while I haven't even gotten one yet. Maybe I should raise LotD and Scavenger then? I was fine with Power equipment and Shield equipment a few days ago. No Phase or Shade just yet.

So it's really that low to get even one Ethereal? Might as well hoping it'll be an Ethereal Mace. Doesn't LotD raise the chance of it being higher quality for all equipment and item drops?

If I recall correctly...
LotD does affect both equipment and item drops (ie more godly manas and higher grade gear but by a small amount)
Scavenger increases the odds something will drop *at all*. This includes equipment/items/artifacts/tokens? etc.
