99.5% from max? Isn't tower shield of barrier's max base around 31 something?

Some parameter's wrong for that programme then.

Yeah, PAB's outdated. But since it's the base factor, you may need to wait skillchip to update the numbers.

I've checked the base values on the Mal's Calc - they're the same. I assume percentage calculation is screwed up somehow. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Luck on legendary scale is also wrong. Not 66.9%.

If I were working on this add-on, I would probably just give people the absolute value of base on superior/legendary scale instead of the relative value.
