I think those sticks still get their extra turns per x60 levels. So the next one maybe lv. 360.
But then I maybe wrong.

i thought there was a threshold that was before the 360 for those that had a better base duration?

Don't know. Some people claimed they've seen one, but others claim their staff gets the 3rd at exactly lv.260. Probably worth investigation.

That is something worth changing to a mage for. But if you don't want to try a mage you could sell it or trade it for just about any weapon you want. It looks damn nice @350 MDD 625.43
