Grindfest (normal) round 18.
These badboys sell for 3,444 c. That's a buy price of 17,220! My most valuable piece of equipment by far.
The stats are as good as low/mid level heavy armor too.

I got them from Grindfest and both are worthless to me so they automatically go to equip shop for dumping.
