actually since every crit is a guarranted proc,assuming you have 40% critical chance with heartseeker on,the proc chance changes to:

ethereal 51.4%
non-Ethereal 57.4%

granted there is a difference still but in my opinion rather insignificant compared with the ethereal benefits
