Seems so.

My guess there is a max cap on Loot Quality Bonus. With High LotD and Round 100+ Bonus we might reach it on lower Difficulty Settings already.
Too bad you can't test it since it is 99% luck.

Yeah it's going to be fun to play with. I wish the damage and bleed was a bit higher, but you can't control the rolls that occur. Maybe it will be nicer once the forge comes out. Test trade you my Eth Katana for your Eth Mace!
