also on normal. In recent memory, I've gotten exquisites on normal from lisi/eila/legendaries/dragons, but nothing else.

Seems the patch brought us a slight bonus to Loot Quality. Probably based on Power level.

The bonus has been there much longer than the most recent patch. I just stopped playing the legendary arenas for months, and the really high level customs didn't exist previously. It would have been more obvious to you with really high LotD.

I hardly did anything on normal and on higher Difficulties it was very rare to get something below Fine so I did not notice much of a difference. And my random Exquishites came from Mid Level Mobs :/

I should probably go for the last 2 Levels of LotD but Credit Farming is so awful right now.

I think you mean max or highest EDB, there shouldn't exist more than one 'max'.

not sure. he stated it has lowest possible max because they theorizing... i'll grab the quote...

If we're inerested in Oak, I got a Fine Oak Staff of the Priestess with 4.49 base Holy damage. That's a 15 roll, possibly the maximum? Anyway, that means the max Holy damage boost from Heimdall Oak is at least 8.97 base.
