Noodly Appendage - Superior Katalox Staff of the Demon-Fiend What is this I don't even know. I've never even had a demon-fiend staff before. I don't know how good this is. I like the ET. Maybe once I get that spell at lvl250 this will be good? Thoughts? Hopefully this makes up for the crappy cotton pants I got for beating the bastard.

For a demon-fiend staff its good. INT isn't great and 3t ET would be better so its good until you can get a Destruction staff for more damage.

I still only have 2 surtr parts, never found a surtr cap and my pants are crude (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) so i'd trade for you toss offs.
Maybe I should start doing the last arenas again.

Am I missing something? I thought the block chance didn't get that high anymore. All my shields got their block retroactively nerfed to hell; my highest tower shield has 26%, is superior, and used to be in the mid/upper 40's before the changes. Wtf?

I suspect that 10br0, while nerfing the block scaling ratio, increased the barrier suffix max block to 5 from 3 to retain shields' function.
So with base of 26 and barrier suffix, a tower shield can in fact have 31 max block.

I have a Kite with more than 26% block. Sorry, Bob, but it looks like you just have bad luck with shields...
