Sushi has a real nice one as well. High ET is a must though. The ideal right now is a great Katalox Heimdall staff I'm thinking. Even if Oaks still can get a higher EDB (unsure), the MDM + INT difference between the two staff types should favor Katalox's. Has to beat this though. So I'd need a pretty good one.

Unfortunately, the level scaling factor has changed, to 1/2000. (And cmal still hasn't updated his equipment calculator.) So it'll give you 13.5% at level 300. Still looks pretty good, though.
