Luck's a funny thing. I did 4 or 5 separate Cakefests earlier (150+ rounds) trying out different combinations of armour and weapons, and got nothing much to show for it. Then I did one after my last hourly battle just to use up my remaining HP, and this dropped in round 4.

Mantitcore dropped [Fine Steel Plate Sabatons of the Fire-eater]
