I see the equipment shop have many weapon but some of the weapon level is higher than me.

You can use it, but you won't get the maximum benefit from it... if you look at the equipment's stat card, the figures in brackets (x) are the stats which will be used for your current level.

Expect most 'good' stuff to be well above your level. The guys with the good bonuses to drop quality tend to be level 100+, and they're the guys auctioning off high end kit. Not to say you can't stumble across good stuff, but the odds are in their favor.

The only problem with the high level stuff is that it's more expensive (usually) and has higher burden and interference for the same base values, but it usually has better base burden and interference to even that out.
