its not how powerful elemental vs soul is. when you use elemental spells vs them you target the one that is weak vs that spell. So you need to cast 4 spells to damage them all. Where with soul you do good damage to all of them at the same time, but soul burst costs about 2x what tier 3 spells do per cast (131 mana vs 59 mana)
