MDM, MAB, and ET, though I'm not sure about the last one.

It really only takes 1 extremely high roll stat to set high quality prefixes.

its too bad the Elemental Damage Bonuses are low. But i don't recall seeing a lot of none Destruction staffs with +35 MDM, the +30 MAB isn't to bad and the same with the PB. The ET is a big plus too.

It seems like an item has a pool of stats it can use, if it used too many on one or two stats the others are shit. If you're not going to use that staff i'd guess you can sell it for +100k

I agree with your analysis.
The base MDM should be at its highest for non-destruction ebony.
Then ET is maxed.
The MAB is at 90% of max, the elemental is also at 90%.
The only downside is its ED i think, but it is compensated by good MAB.
So that's 'Jack of everything'
