Не является ли вся эта тема, а точнее предложения модеров об использование прокси - саботажем действий админа?

Still i think i have to drop at least something not turdy in here, so here comes WALL OF TEXT

1. What is this Russia blocks sites thing anyways?
TBH everyone thought they were joking, but nah. They actually did that, the absolute madmen. The basic idea was so innocent - to prevent poor little kids from accidentally stumbling upon information which could hurt them - like suicide instructions (since if you read it you will surely go kill yourself!), drugs (since if you read it you will surely go and take some! and in some cases it did not even matter how scientifical info was) and loli/shota porn (since if you watch some you will surely turn into pedophile and will go around raping other little kids!). Then struck the ban of some ukrainian site with "russian swines gib back crimea". And everyone were like WUT? So turns out the goverment pushed a new law which blocked the "extremists and terrorists sites". "So thaats why they didnt listen to some smart people, which provided them with 1000+ different ways of making internet safer for the kids without banning stuff for the adults as well" understood everyone. Nowadays they ban stuff even if someone in power desides to ban stuff so yeah.
2. So why is it so important whenever site is banned for users from one side or from the other?
As you can already probably understand, there were some other reasons than "child safety" to ban sites. So for some sites the blocking is as leaky as the throats of my enemies after i drive a knife through them, but for other sites... Well if you even were a visitor of other sites you should probalby change your name, adress and gender, or else nice russian agents will kindly tell you, that you were wrong in visiting such sites. So yes, you can actually easily access some "blocked sites" without much trouble (or sometimes even no trouble at all).
3. But roskomnadzor sends some letters!
From my knowledge the letter is something like "_Site_owner_ we found illegal materials on your site, link(s) are _insert_link_here_ (_insert_link_here_ _insert_link_here_), you have 1(ONE) day to remove the illegal materials from your site, otherwise you will be blocked. Yours truly roskomnadzor". So unless the materials they found are actually illegal (the "experts" commision we have working out whenever drawn person in question is indeed loli/shota or not are, well, "experts"), the siteowner in question can just ignore them and thats it. But maybe "russian hackers" found Tenboro hidden stash of hardcore loli/shota porn, which would put poor Tenboro, in jail where poor Tenboro would get raped in teh butt by giant afro-american? If so then i can understand why Tenboro in question does not wants to get banned by the roskomnadzor (since the illegal materials in question become posted on several sites and stuff), and cant even tell the reason for blocking the site (since admitting you have a stash of some loli/shota hardcore porn puts your arse into rape danger).
4. But you guys should do something, not us!
Trust us, we tried. But how exactly are you supposed to go against the goverment, if all they want is to protect poor innocent children from the horrors of the internet? "Hey, my name is Sasha, i am a wanker, i wank regulary and love wanking, but now my favourite porn site got banned, so i cant wank anymoar"? I think you do realise that such a motivational speech will not actually motivate cattle to rise against the power holders. But it can get Sasha in question a warm and cozy place in cell for "creating disturbancies". So nowadays anyone with at least half-a-brain knows several different ways to go around blocking, since ways to go around the blocking in question have some problems from time to time (images not loading, java not working, giant AD banners and more). Yours site in particular does not load previews on one VPN, loads as a bunch of text on another, and since everyone knows about freegate, does not allows its users to actually browse images because limit (i was browsing the site for who knows how many years, and only after this blocking i learned that there is actually a VIEWABLE IMAGE LIMIT). So there is that.

So yeah, this is all i wanted to tell probably. Maybe this will help someone, who could actually read it, to recover some lost IQ points.

P.S. this could be the fith point, but i decided to put it here. Telling people to use "paid" stuff on the internet? Like "pay us so you could view the images" or "pay VPN company (maybe you will even recommend us some? oh wait) to get access to our site"... Why even make the site viewable to not paying scrubs? Because you are too lazy to gather the galeries in question yourselves? But here you can "make someone else do your work" and even ask money for it - wow! I mean, i actually used some sites with monthly sub (well only one, but i really liked artist who was holding that site), but there was content actually created by the siteholder, an intellectual propperty of sorts. Here the site in question is a gathering of galleries made by many different other artists, which may even be posted here without their permission. So what do they get for having their gallery posted here? (or what does uploader gets for uploading their work here?)
And yes, i know that hosting a site requires paying money. But i thought you get some from ADs? Donations? This "here is how you can spend your money to view our stuff" stuff is kinda-sorta...

That being said, if it really is fear of pseudo reprisal from some russian entity, on blocking the site in Russia due to lack of compliance... It really is poor form to pro-actively block your Russian user base.

But like I said, I assume goodfaith. We don't know guys, maybe TenB's OPSec was really poor, and they found out who he was IRL? Maybe hes being pressured to do this? We just don't know. Again I assume goodfaitth though. I just hope it isn't a mistake.

"Your IP address has been temporarily banned for excessive pageloads which indicates that you are using automated mirroring/harvesting software. The ban expires in 5 days and 23 hours"

bluepenguin you're that bad at language that you didn't even understood that wasn't directed at you or at someone on forum. it was a supposed text , interpretation how blocked without reason people see what you're doing. And _that_ is actually goal of those who is in power here - make _you_ to act so that it would cause resentment of their subjects. That's ABC of escalation.

TenB setting up website to block russian IPs and intentionally making _all_ VPS_ (custom VPN didn't work, it got 5day ban after single use) is exactly action they want to cause further escalations.. in every little thing possible.

That's nonsense.. flagging by RKN doesn't suppose any reprisals even for residents. RKN isn't law enforcement , it's web serfers and some authors of regulatory documents. It only flags them for ISP and law say that RKN _must_ send notice to media owner (which is defined as server, IP or hosting owner by law). It allows ISP to flagged _data_ without trial decision. Thus are free to flag anything that their personal opinion sais it's inappropriate, not explaining reason either. But that can be negated in trial (so asymmetric but quite in style of this government, you must prove you're innocent, otherwise everyone are guilty). RKn workers know to troll newspapers by that, blocking quite legal articles on media sites if some uproar happens or to ignite attention to it.

What about using it right? apparently, hosting flags any proxy used. That seems done by tools of hosting itself
