日本政府宣布未經過授權允許的Cosplay將有可能涉及觸法 且海外粉絲也一率適用!?

「Cosplay著作權爭議」是多年以來不斷被外界拿出來提及的事情，對於粉絲的二次創作究竟是否為著作權合理使用
或是涉及侵權，近年來更是有不少學術在探究此事。但由於對創作者而言，這同時也是在替自己作品宣傳，因此
多半是不會選擇向Cosplay愛好者進行提告。
而如今，這樣遊走在法律邊緣的灰色地帶，如今可能將要被打破。根據日本媒體報導指出，日本政府將規定，
若是該Cosplay屬於商業行為，必須要向創作者取得授權，才可以進行角色扮演，否則將屬於侵權行為。
至於非商業目的的Cosplay，則將不違反著作權法，但若是將已著裝的Cosplay照片分享在具有營利性質的帳號，如
Instagram或推特…等社群網站上的話，則將很有可能違反著作權法，而此法規對於海外粉絲也適用。

难归难，但是因为高材和特殊材料增加了产出，所以影响物价是必然的，无论如何我觉得都应该优先撤回先前的收

取决于怎么理解“轻松”了。如果指的是不用imperil，那肯定是不行的。甚至不喷火花我觉得都不行
具体得等我345正式当法师了，比起盾牌战士肯定是需要更多的potion和大药，不过都这个等级了大药甚至卷轴也不算
多大的开销

不，新手恰恰买得起，这把不会有老手来抢的，没有抢的价值，因为只能新手用，即便倒卖也只能卖给新手，对于

平均情况不知道，不过就现在这个时间点，低于350级的M杀西洋很难买，这还是ADB很高的M杀西洋
而且绑魂开销小，魂票恰恰是中期最缺的。如果我在200-300级区间的话，我可能接受200k这个价格

终于掉了第二把 Ethereal Rapier，可惜不是Slaughter。试试效果吧。
顺便第一次掉了个L级的法杖，不过还是慢慢凑装备吧……

云玩感觉效果不行，这后缀等于没有（是个招架也好啊

非常不巧，我之前帮 susancat 从市场上搜集了一套等级合适的电法防具，现在再让我一下找出第二套我也没有办法。你只能自己去翻翻店家，看
看有没有 450 级以下的 L 闪电相位和 L 元素熟练装了。不要管品质，是 L 就行。
