不喜欢游泳。其次椭圆机的效率实在太低了,踩个1小时还没15分钟的跳绳有效率。一般减脂做hiit效率更高。
前段时间停止运动8个月了,中间膝盖已经不疼了,结果做了2天的弓步又开始有点不舒服了。

膝蓋有傷/正在復原的話還是不要勉強, 運動量維持不了再減脂的話大概還是從飲食著手比較好.

以下是傳教內容:
我個人比較傾向於提升基礎代謝水平, 以肌減脂, 不過姿勢不正確的話反而會有弄傷的風險.
腿受傷的話還是可以試試上肢的負重運動, 胸背兩邊都佔了人體不少的肌肉群, 長遠可以燒掉大量脂肪.


我隔壁室友半年多前前十字韌帶斷了做手術接上, 一直駐拐杖好像也能消耗脂肪(??)
