对带宽要求不高，但是对连接效率要求很高，一秒钟能动 1 下和能动 3 下，以及是否丢包，都是天上地下的差距。
假设都不丢包，动 999 下，
一秒 1 动需要 999 秒，

前者要花后者三倍的时间。
如果连接 HV 服务器的效率太差，推荐放弃 HV 。
