关于下载过来是txt的问题，你把txt后缀改一下就好了。
+就是把txt的后缀删除吧，留下.JS。可是如果后缀是rar，zip，那么你就要解压了

第一次听说这个方法，我个人觉得这个方法仅仅存在于理论上也可能以后会实现，但现在是肯定不会实现，因为人
多口杂，然后有一些比较暴躁很容易受到国家认为的不良信息的影响，做出一些危害社会稳定的事出来，可能就是
因为这些所以国家才要限制
还有:保护本土网络企业发展，防止被他国垄断
