现在还增加了个冲400的动力
话说真有人ISK能到400/500么
400现在改了下经验加成感觉还有可能，500....?肝帝也肝不动吧

如果是的话，那么目前情况是人已经落在黑皮手上了，被照顾得不错，不过 100 周年献礼那是肯定看不到他的。他的 YubiKey 没来得及销毁，不过黑皮基本证据齐全了也不需要再取证。
