Check this research post.

'Elec 1' is non-imperil on elec day, 'elec 2' is imperil on any day. You can see even at DD9, non-imperil is much worse. Without DD9, it will be too painful and slow in pfest. But in arena, it can still be used if you don't mind being a bit slower.

Normal players should listen to chjj's advice!

黑洞信息问题目前还没有主流认可解释，因为辐射到最低质量时黑洞能量很小，
