I have a suggestion (or more like a question) about the possible options to analyze or summarize the data from

I was thinking about one concrete usage, to be able to summarize sold price of equip (it could shows statistics such as equip's mean price, median price, number of cases of the equips etc.). So the user can just ctrl+f and see that medium price for his equip of interest is 1m, calculated from 8 auctions etc.

I can do it in "offline" mode, but the data are not structured in ready-to-use format, so it can take quite a bit of time and it won't take future auctions into consideration.

(I don't know how much time it could take to programme it, so it is just a suggestion or to debate.)

on discord there is a bot that collects sales prices from past auctions, so you may want to check that. It's unlikely that superlatanium will answer in this thread, he hasn't done so in ages.

How long, roughly, does it usually take between the auction finishing and the items being sent out? Are we talking hours, or rather days?

He usually sends the messages on Monday morning (UTC time).

Speaking of e-Bay , I wish the auction would last at least 36 hours just to compensate for world time differences.
Besides, giving people more time to search, contemplate, and bid.

Considering 48-72 hours wouldn't be unreasonable either.
Min. of 36 hours is a most reasonable request as compared to e-bay auctions that usually last a week.

I'm sure there is an ongoing debate about this, I just wanted to add my vote and reasoning to extending the open time.

I think current Super's auction last for 33 hours?
Longer time always benefit the sellers, but if buyer is what you concern, I worry there is no real benefit
The real fight is always at the last 30min, even last 1 min. People complain it, no matter what time it ends

Maybe an Announcement that the Auction will Start in 24 hours, will aid in allowing buyers and sellers to participate.

I don't believe it is 33 hours, but maybe so. I was watching hourly Friday for it and didn't notice until only 18 hours were left, thats when I calculated it was only 24 hours. but I may be wrong.

We all have Real Life issues that gets in the way of a 24 hour window, 48 hours double the time to allow more participants.

BTW: I'm saying this for concern for both buyers and sellers, but as you stated buyers will benefit more.
