I'm already lvl 60, I'm fighting on Nintendo difficulty, I don't use potions, I play from my phone, I don't think scripts work on it, I go in every half hour to beat mobs, I throw spells at enemies because there are too many of them to fight with weapons, I don’t understand what I’m doing right, but so far I’ve managed to move up the level, I have difficulties with ponies, I don’t know their names.

Wait, is Snom talking about his level or did his equipment item world finally work out?

It should not be hard to get Jug5, I think it only costs 400k~600k on average. If you were trying to go for Jug5+Any5 then it costs 1.3m on average and you could be using 100+ amnesia shards if unlucky. If you were trying to go for Jug5+Target5 then you are looking at a bit more, but still not crazy costs. Jug5+Target5 can get pretty expensive, probably at least 3m depending how picky you are with what the second potency needs to be. And if you want something very specific and odd (e.g. as the final piece to balance out your elemental resistances across an entire set) the costs could be insane.

How luck you are ! Let calculate:
29 Estus Flasks = 29*90k (at the minimum price, in the past time) = 2.61 m
+
(over, but let assumed at the minimum amounts) 200 Dark Decent Shards = 200*80k = 1.6 m
+
2 days = 200k (for daily ramping in dungeons) = 0.2 m

Snom burnt 4.41 m in 2 days !!! Luckily, those lost had been accumulated entire Snom lives in HV, and from generous donations !

Yeah, that's one way to measure how much your Item World costed. There are several ways to account it, and calculated correctly, can yield similar answers (but not always).

For me, I would never waste money buying Energy Drinks to do Item World. I would just use as many days as it takes and use my naturally recovering stamina for it. But that doesn't mean the Item World time cost is removed, it has to be calculated by a different method then. Either by using standard credits/PXP charges, or counting the credits you naturally drop (and lose) per Item World run and multiplying by 3.

P.S. - I edited my previous post, as I made a mistake. If you were actually going for Jug5+Target5 then your result wouldn't be as terrible.
