you know you can ask back for the money, if the user doesn't want to pay it, you can notify a mod or something, 1m is not a small amount

first, check that user's profile and see if he has connected lately, tell scremaz and/or DJnoni about it, explain yourself well and include the name of the user, if the user refuses even the mods pms, then i guess mods will disclose the name of that user to be banned from stores and auctions

First thing you do, you sent a Mooglemail, see if he read it under sent mail.

Second, check his profile to see if he logged in at all.

If there's any login history after the mails or the mail is read, he's doing a runner and should not be given the benefit of the doubt. Tell a mod.

Please note that mod team will only ban people for breaking rules or for cheating. If someone forgets to set CoD, that's not cheating. And some players in the WTB get so many MM's, it's easy to miss it if COD is not set. You know which buyers I mean. Especially when they buy "cod only" and you post "sent with cod" in his thread, and you don't set cod.

In this particular case, it is most likely that the buyer hasn't seen your PM / MM. I suggest you send a new MM with some items, and set he CoD to that 1m that he owes you.
