What do you mean by base stats?

I think when you'll get the mechanics of how stats change with your level, but always based on the initial base stat values, what will happen next is that you will take a fresh look at the "real" stats of your high level leg. powers you hoarded and you'll feel really disappointed ... Base stat is simply the stat value things would have if the one equipping them was at player level 0 (zero) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

So when you buy something that is, say, level 411, the stats you see are already scaled up to the level. If you then soulfuse it to your lower level of e.g. 333 obviously they are reduced accordingly.

While your old equip that was level 245, if soulfused and therefore scaled to level 333 could well end up having better stats the new one ... only by comparing base stats you can judge them correctly (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Better you study the Wiki thoroughly, before spending millions of credits in meh stuff (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I don't use Percentile Ranges, just HVToolbox which also shows percentage values, but since you didn't know about bases and their percentages, you're not using neither...

No, I'm not using any of those scripts and I don't have a clue about what they do so if you or Uncle Stu or anyone else could explain to me all of these scripts features that you mentioned and if it's possible to disable some stuff off of them then that would be great.

They just told you what to do to see the Base value of stats, not how it works. I told you the second.

Anyway I thought it was very clear (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Take one of you Leg. Power as an example, and let's say it is level 411 and its ADB is 98.43

Now select it and press C on the keyboard. A popup will open with all its characteristics, in it hover over the ADB number, a little box will come up near the pointer, saying "Base: xx.xx". That is the base number, and it is the ADB that item would have if it was level 0 instead of 411 (the item, not you).

Now you soulfuse it, it goes down to your level (say 321), the Base stays the same but the ADB is lowered, because is calculated from the Base ADB but scaled up only to 321 instead of 411.

Most (but not all) of the characteristics of equipments are so scaled, like e.g. the PABS, physycal and magical damages, etc. Armour damage mitigations however don't scale with level.

As Uncle told you though, Base values can be augmented by forging, so obviously forging is better at higher levels, because the increase in Base value that you get from it is scaled upper for a higher total increase.

install the add-ons greasemonkey for firefox or tampermonkey for chrome
Read what those scripts do, copy the text and add them as new scripts on the add-on you installed, the most important one is Monsterbation, it lets you hit monsters by hovering your mouse over them instead of clicking them, it counts turns, records the drops you gotten and more

Frankly I don't know about smartphone play, but just letting you know with monsterbation and a good internet you can get up to 3-4 clicks per second
I already explained how to install them, just download the add-on, get the script, copy the text and on the add-on select add new script and copy from clipboard, save

Monsterbation will greatly improve your game speed on mobile. Like t&t change from 45 min to 15 min with Monsterbation as mage. Similar improvements for melee surely. Use the mobile options: monster bar is the best one. If you need help getting the settings right, just ask on the forum.

I don't care about my game speed on mobile but what I do care about is seeing my adb or mdb/edb percentage.
