Nothing particularly wrong with this setup, but a slight adjustment could be to not increase INT any further, as it is next to useless for melee characters. Going with STR = DEX = END = AGI > WIS >> INT is a very solid setup for everyone not using magic.
For DW in particular, keep using Leather Armors and Rapier/Wakizashi for optimum safety.

Stats are fine, Armors are somewhat debatable. I know Shade Armors appear very tempting, as they offer additional ADB and better Evade, but their lack of piercing mitigation is a major drawback especially at lower levels. Piercing attacks are very common (~40% if I recall correctly) and will hurt you badly once you face stronger monsters and/or play on higher difficulty. Equipping a piece or two should still be acceptable, but refrain from building a full Shade set until you feel you can survive somewhat comfortably.

And yeah, I noticed that fact about the shade armor, however, I don't seem to be having troubles in the hardest difficulty I can try-hard, that is-so I think I will be alright, for now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I may try and get some good leather armor for later use, just in case things get as hard as you say (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
