Ещё раз покопался в скрипте и разобрался... Заодно нашёл, почему не работает...
1) Default Font Engine (у меня был включен, оказывается... когда-то настройка сбросилась давно а я не играл и не заметил...)
2) конфликт Percentile Ranges и HV ToolBox (вылечил @exclude в последнем)...

Заодно поправил 2 строчки и получил свои желаемые Base Values в Percentile Ranges...

Superlatanium разрешил мне внедрить Percentile Ranges в HVtoolBox - я его впихнул в HVtoolBox "as is" - ничего не модернизируя и не трогая. Так что они не могут прямо таки конфликтовать (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Что за браузер у тебя и его версия? Могу потестировать и посмотреть.
