There is no point in questioning why threads like what fighting style do you use? or The Weather Thread exist. The internet is full of people who just feel like sharing their information regardless of whether or not others find those details interesting.

I was under the impression than spam threads that add nothing were not tolerated, at least in HV subforums.
I have nothing against the weather thread (which actually contains something different from people posting the same things every day instead of people reporting why and how they switched style, which would actually be a pretty useful thing to talk about).

The difference is that on a moderated forum, the community or admin can decide to forbid certain posts that have no value. Which is what this case is, IMO. So I agree with him, I'm surprised that those utterly useless threads haven't been forbidden yet. If it were me, I'd contain all of those sorts of posts to the test forum or some other containment section.

I still don't know how to play this damn game.

Start by reading the Battles page on the wiki. Next try a Random Encounter. Win or lose you'll start to figure things out.

The strangest thing happened to me just recently.

I just finished a round and it didn't load the pony riddle and the next thing I knew it said I automatically lost stamina.

The wiki says stamina "is consumed at the end of every battle round," so loosing stamina after completing a lot of rounds is normal.
