for force shields most important is high block and correct combination of PABs. yours is not bad -> auction it
for staff most important is matching type, prefix and suffix. 'of Focus' is not usefull in persistent, sorry -> salvage it

ikki. is right about the equipment, the shield is very good. However, this staff could be used if you want to start with holy mage. That in itself is a bad idea of course, but the staff itself is not completely useless.

"low" level, so it can be usable even at crap adb. But at that level people should start looking for slaughter suffix already. If you can't use it, you can maybe sell it for 50k after a while

peerless plain any phase = peerless core -> ~500k

you could expect a little bit more than cores since starting holy mage could still use it, but it won't go very much more.

For weapons, all useless. And soulfused weapon can't be worth for someone
Collectors might buy them.

For armor, low-level shade fleet always has the market. Just don't expect much.
ADB percentile matters.
