Tried cleaning up the quality so I could send it through a font recognizer, but the bubbles just complicate the results...

If you have a drawing tablet, iPad/pencil or whatever, just load the image and draw it in manually.

SFX - Zoinks (CC)
Dialogue - Oh Crud (BB iirc?)


And protip, if the online font matchers cant find it, just skim thru the Blambot Comicraft catalogs (look at the vowels) since thats where 90% of english comic fonts come from.

What font is this?
It's not handwritten because of the consistency of the lettering. More examples on other pages of this, just switch to panda.
