Should I use consistent fonts in a doujin or should I change with every page?

Every page, no. For different types of bubbles, that's where you can get a bit creative.

2-3 or so is fine so long as they serve a purpose. In the most basic sense, Spoken, Thoughts, Screams, and of course if it’s something out there like old gods talking or a phone call.

Does anyone know what this font is? I searched online and it gives you similar looking fonts but not quite this one.

Jesus christ I hope you're joking... Using one font for everything is 2005 tier. Just imitating the japanese font usage results in at least 5 types of fonts.
Imagine being this lazy.

Wurmics Bravo or Mighty Zeo (I personally prefer the all caps version, but either are good). Those two are the most narrow and suited to full time use I myself have ever found.

I've got a free version of it (CCKissAndTell) that matches up almost exactly to it, so that's probably the real thing that costs actual money to get. You could just pm SkullGhost if you wanted to know for sure, I'm sure they'd be willing to help you out.

Ser Maggot's free version of it if you want it (I like that font quite a bit, but don't use it much because it's kinda wide so you have to keep making it smaller to fit it into bubbles for the width)...
