I know Arabic and those are arabic characters:

Yeah, as I said, those aren't actually arabic characters, but roman characters shaped in the form of arabic ones.
The first word is "arrete". Seeing how I don't know arabic, it toot me a certain time to notice it actually wasn't, I'll admit.

if I'm not mistaken on the page (your link doesn't work for me, I had to make do), there are actually more than one font in here.
For example the "A" of the "Ahhhh" bubble isn't the same as the one of the "Ah" bubbles, and in the bubble with four h, the second is different from the others.
I didn't manage to identify one precise font, but Koorkin, Kalam regular, Andrea II print, hand of sean (maybe a bit too thick), or Note this could do the trick.

Kind of depends on what that is........are those just like somebody's notes or a cake recipe or something? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Probably be just as well to use something basic, Times New Roman or Arial or something "normal" along those lines if that's the case.
