I start running out of MP about 3/4 of the way in from keeping Shield up and casting Regen/Cure once the mini-bosses start showing up. I pretty much use all of my items during that last round -- I stack Regen with Health Draughts, cast Cure II when my HP falls below a certain point and Cure otherwise, and Spark isn't cheap, either.

Try using a Scroll of the Avatar (Haste, Shield, & Barrier) to stack with Shield and Barrier when mini-bosses appear.

So I finally got 3 tokens of blood. That's right, I've only gotten 3 since I beat the unicorn, which was long enough ago that I can't remember when that was.

So who wants to guess the FSM's HP total and what happened on the next turn when I used spirit?

Seeing as you still have silence proc'ed on it and only take 100 damage from its regular attacks, I'm assuming you didn't die tragically.

I wanted to experiment to see if my spirit would be changed to holy as well. It didn't, so the description is a little misleading. I have a suspicion that Gaia doesn't boost spirit either, unless someone has already tested it and can say otherwise.

1. That's taking 100+ damage with Weaken and 75% Dark mitigation. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Somehow I took 500+ damage from the first turn without Weaken, so I thought I was screwed right away.

2. You'd be wrong. And it was about 2.1 million, so a fairly good guess.

3. I have no idea other than doing extra damage.

I want to have a crack at Mikuru too, but I only have one Token left. I know I'll get another one soon enough, but it's annoying that I can't just fight her right away. And I'll need another two after that, because she'll probably kill me the first time...

Hope this info will help you against Mikuru. The one I was up against used piercing attacks, and my attacks were only doing 1 damages. However, I was able to kill it with high doses of Bleeding Wounds (17% for 5 turns, over 300+ damage/turn with 210% overcharge) which seems to work pretty well against 2nd tier legendary.

Imagine doing that without the max 100 lines battle message update.

All i can say is WoW,after seeing u fighting till 3746 turns,it really making my head spin,i can say probably i wont go that far,probably continue it later.

Hmm, that would make her slashing resistant or piercing weak I guess, I was doing a bit of damage even without PA with 170%OC and a 4% damage rapier.

Ryouko on the other rand took 1 damage from the rapier regular and with PA on (owned D: there went to tokens that first time). I had to switch to ethereal PA estoc for her, but a good bleed will work as well. Warning, she is faster than Mikuru and hits a bit harder, so if you came close on Mikuru, Ryouko might not doable with the same strategy.

About an hour. It wasn't that bad though since I just had to recast everything in the same intervals. My action speed was actually slightly better, so I would just cast and then count clicks while I was watching TV. I'm kind of annoyed it came down to my last item since I would have had over 100% mitigation had they not been gimped. Then I would have only needed to cast Silence, which currently lasts 39 turns for me.

That sucks about the infusions. I was hoping to try out some element-charged spirit attacks when I get up to an appropriate RoB level.

Yes, I tried out an Infusion of something (probably Flame) in Grindfest to see if it affected my Spirit Attack. Unleashed it on the first Mind Raper I met, and... it was still just a normal Spirit Attack.

So, I just saw this, which doesn't exactly fill me with confidence:

But you never know until you try, right? Well, I'm off to do today's arenas. Here's hoping I get that other Token I need.
One question: How does Mikuru's HP compare to Konata's? It would be really useful to know that before charging in there.

Mikuru is much harder than Konata. Moves faster, hits harder, has more hp.

Konata is like.. a high boss, not a legendary.

You couldn't give me a clue as to how much more HP, by any chance? Are we talking 50% more, twice as much, 10x...? Come on, you owe me for reminding you about your Ethereal Estoc. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Ah, 2x I guess? Been awhile and I'm out of tokens to check.
currently for me, bosses (MBP, Dalek etc.) are ~12k hp and Real Life was ~170k

How much hp was your Konata? that might be able to get me a better guess.
