Practically still full hp/mp with no items used, but I think even the computer got bored of doing this.

So what type of build are you? I haven't tried longest journey yet, will probably give it a go today.
If I try it and get a godly health draught I'm gonna be annoyed.

Arena Clear Bonus: Godly Health Potion. FUCKING DIE!

That required 2 scrolls of shielding and 8 godly mana draughts. It probably would've taken 1 less if I'd used my spirit attack instead of bashing the mithra to death. I REALLY want a rapier with 22% chance of 4turns penetrated armor. I have one with 22% chance 1 turn, and one with 12% chance 4 turns (less attack bonus, higher accuracy). Having four turns in a row is a godsend against bosses, but the lower chance and lower attack bonus makes it more annoying against regular mobs.

ouch, arena bonuses seem to make people rage reasonably often.

i've been using a 19% 3 turn bronze rapier of the battlecaster since the dawn of equipment. i like permuch everything about it except for its sucktastic +dmg and +stats, seeing as its a level like 17 weapon. heres hoping for a way to upgrade weapon level sometime in the future.

It takes me about 45 minutes to do Eve of Death by itself, so you might as well get used to the extra time needed to complete the challenges unless you want your leveling rate to slow to a crawl.

At the same time a daily leveling probably wasnt considered to be a standard either. I like reminiscing about back when it took a month and a half to go up a single level (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I expect this though as except for a good dagger for my box the shrine has given me nothing but utter shit. Kind of evens things out

Only got to round 41...but then that's with mostly crude/lesser mana pots/draughts and some lucky second winds as well. At least I can say I was only wearing one heavy piece of armor and the rest was cloth, as melee :X Shame it was cake though, seeing as I'd be lucky to get to round 7 of normal with those same items (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Mage, thanks to that superior Ether Theft staff. Rest of the equipment are also superior or exquisite items around my level. I just ran out of mana - but it's possible I wasn't choosing the most economical course, as I was bored with all those rounds.

I've been through that with World of Warcraft, which I stopped playing in April after 3 years, so I'm not keen to repeat the experience (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I think I'll let the levelling rate drop. I should really stop it altogether, but it's nice to kill something every hour or two (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Uploading old doujins instead seems more productive.

I noticed someone dropped 60 Tokens of Blood into the shop, bought some, killed all lesser legendaries, and Konata. Once each, for the clear bonus, of course. All, including Konata, required only Silence, Weaken, Poison and Regen - but with Konata it took 500 rounds. I'll clear rest of the Legendaries when I need some credits, tokens ready...

Holy shit. I have nothing above superior, forget exquisite or magnificent or ethereal (I know it's not a quality designation, but still). Congrats on beating like everything, I feel so far behind.

I guess it really all depends on if you are exchanging for the purpose of gaining better equipment and then selling if it's not better or if you are exchanging solely for the purpose of obtaining credits. One thing will make you lose credit value overall, and the other will make you profit if you exchange for the correct class.

I took the plunge and tackled the next step up in difficulty (ie more than one mini-boss).

So, I cleared Fresh Meat. Items used: 4 Godly Mana Draughts. And what do I get for completing it?

I think what's really annoying about that is that none of the monsters dropped anything. I mean, I killed two mini-bosses, you'd think one of them would be carrying something, but no...

Anyway, that gave me the confidence to try Dark Skies. It was a little harder - 5 Godly Mana items and a Mana Elixir used (though 6 Godly would have been enough) - but I made it. My reward:
