I've dropped some credits on good armor. It matters. So does my wonderful Shrine weapon.

i'm at the point whereI usually can't bother to change it to Cake for Grindfest because it takes too long to fight it at Cake.

getting to round 40 on cakes take like 15 min.

Custom font setting. That's apparently the default 'fantasy' font on my system.

Also I have my own greasemonkey script to highlight the offhand attacks, so I know if they're worthwhile versus a shield.

After pumping only END for the last couple levels and finding a "Fair Iron Plate Helmet of the Stone-skinned," I find myself easily getting to Round 22 in grindfest without potions. Before, I couldn't even get to Round 10 with a single tank of MP. I'm playing cake mode but still.

A Greater Health Draught? Seriously? I used three, a Greater Potion, and three Greater Mana Draughts. This one was pretty tough since there were several rounds with multiple bosses and I wasn't sure what strength items I would need.

I don't really pay attention to how many rounds of Grindfest I do, but the other night when I got to round 75 of Cakefest, I had my head in my hand and was nodding out about ready to fall asleep from the boredom so that's when I stopped.
