Finally got to level 20 in grindfest on heroic the other day. Hoping to get tough enough to move to nightmare soon. I can never figure out if it's worth it to up the difficulty so I can get better equipment when it drops or use lower difficulty as now so I have a better chance of getting any equipment at all after a fight.

I can barely go 30 rounds on Hard in Grindfest or Item World before running out of mana, potions, and the sort. How on earth do you guys manage to reach over a thousand rounds?

Wonder if I should quit using Dual Wielding. Seems so useless against crowds.

DW is best at RoB but for everything else 2hand is far better.
