I was only hit about 12 times by its magic/spirit attacks and wasn't hit a single time by normal attacks.

I can see not getting hit at all (stun) or never getting hit by spirit/magical (silence), but ONLY getting hit by spirit/magical?

So yeah.
This also can't be right unless Poison can land as a critical hit. Not to mention the giant damage increase my Banish gets.

Might take longer than you think since Normal FSM and IWBTH FSM are worlds apart in terms of defense.

Since I was right the first time, let's try again.
My guess is, blind with this extra prof, they'll get 100% miss from normal attacks. The Spirit don't have 100% miss because of the crits which you can't prevent them without bewilder.

Edit:
Funny I noticed that it's possible to kill them with sleep+lifestream and using magic regen.
Of course this will take like +100,000 turns, and considering 100% time lifestream which can't be done of course (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Evade isn't needed, but I had SV active(+27.4), and got 100% misses with weaken.
I didn't try to check the "limit". It was against some IWBTH monsters over 100 rounds, with my 2W setup: 227.53+166.7 = 394.23 deprecating prof.

Unless evade (or shadow view) stacks addictively with blind, I don't think they will produce 100% misses.
So decap proficiency increases the effects of blind as well as the duration?

You're confusing evade with missing:
1 3 Cockatrice misses the attack against you.
3 2 You evade the attack from White Fox Miko.

I don't know, I only did a small test since I need the tokens. I only spoke about SV because it's on the auto-cast slot, and forgot to remove it.

Do you get more poison damage from foxy gear or from curse-weaver gear?
