To Kill a God done, no items used. Though I'll probably use some mana restoratives next time, as recharging via Ether Theft was somewhat tedious.

I try to get ET, and them cast banish instead MM, using the eventual channelings for extra power. I lose less MP that way (or rather the MP bar go down slower) than trying to get advantage of 1/2 MP cost from CM.

Exile cleared. Easy, took mostly Godlies just in case, used only half.

Rounds that only last 1 turn or the odd 2nd isn't as bad as 150-200 or more rounds on battletoads
that are 200 turns each (melee) or even doing the gods.

I didn't think it would last so long, I was going to stop to do my arenas but didn't. I would stop and do other stuff. That's why it took 2 days to finish, that and the netbook I was playing on doesn't load pages as faster as my other computers.

I think what makes the biggest difference is that Cloak of the Fallen gives you the time to finish off the monster or recast spells. Before without Cloak of the Fallen if you made a mistake you're dead. I recall if I was going too fast (click on a spell then hit a number to cast it on) it would often do a melee attack, when that happened you get the rest of the monsters hitting you and often get a double KO. Using scrolls (Life/Gods) all the time isn't that smart, there is the cost and they also don't last as long as what you can cast using channeling or Mystic Gem. But they are good if you run out of spirit points.

GF suck for EXP but Hard is a little better then Normal so I gave it a try (I wanted to see what I would get for drops) And I still think there is something wrong with the % to drop Special's. 16,000 rounds and only 2 dropped.

I'll try Heroic when I have the time, but I may need more minim damage to my spells for them to still kill in one shot.
