I forgot to save the last log lines, but what happened I casted Cure II recovering all HP, to suddenly got a crit which killed me since I hadn't enough SP for spark save me (I think it was around 13k damage), and God those bitches hurt like hell regen II was practically useless, it was more the accuracy that save me, plus SV+spark of life 100% time.
Well I think that's the new record for someone without x-magic (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Edit: Wow I just checked my items, and I got 7 artifacts from this challenge (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

This wasn't quite as bad as I'd expected it to be. With Hurricane (which I acquired after I cleared New Wings on Hard) Manthras are much easier (and cheaper) to kill.

I used 2 Greater and 6 Godly Mana pots. I'm gonna try it on Nightmare tomorrow.

Mikuru + Ryouko Cleared

Was really unlucky in the Ryouko fight, every single one of her Impalers got past my Evade/Block, draining my SP which forced me to switch to Silence strats halfway through.

Guys what are you using for seeinf what claass the monsters are ? and what stats do you have like the pictures above ? i got mozila what do i need ?

Now seriously, X-Magic is awesome, I went on hard setting by mistake, but still easy as cake lol.
In the final round I decided to try some extra spells lol -> x-nerf, weaken, bewilder, poison, slow.

Quite consumptive though: 8 Mana Elixirs, 1 Bubblegum, 2 Spirit Elixirs, 1 (somewhat wasted) Last Elixir. Still, items are meant to be used.

Put all but one enemy to sleep, and fight it with Magic Missile. Use Ether Theft and Channeling to pay for suport spells whenever I could. The problem is that Sleep starts getting really expensive when there are seven monsters per round...

I usually just hit 'em with AoE chains and use higher tier spells if I proc CM.

Why would you want to weaken them all? The mana cost on that would be epic. The key to maging on battletoads is to be able to read the movement bar on the top. (And, yes, it can be done if you have an idea of the relative speed cost of various actions)

When you have low evade, and see 1/2 HP bar disappear with monster's first turn, what you think? (And I'm not taking +Endgame arenas yet)
Yeah the mana cost is epic, but I recover most of it on ET. (which I forgot to mention)

Get better evasion elementalist gear. (I have 45.5% evasion and some of my pieces aren't that great evasion wise)
