currently I am grinding my 1h and heavy prof, but because of that my draughts are running out fast...
usually I use health draught and mana draught at the same turn with regen...
and I use spirit draught after my spark got triggered...

I'm currently using one-handed fighting style, and my spirit daughts run out quickly in high level arenas (in Nintendo mode). As I use it when my spirit is lower than 50%.

I want to start playing the longer arenas on higher difficulty and the restoratives would be very helpfull since I am using two-handed.

At your level, you might consider at least trying out 1h, it'll let you play higher difficulty much more easily.

I am using two-handed because of faster clear time since I only play 1-2 hours a day.
Grinding one-handed proficiency from 0 would be a pain and I really don't want to face those HP sponge girls at higher difficulty with a weaker weapon (iw10 slaughter estoc vs nimble rapier).
