It is the item quality modifier that boosts it. You may be interested in the forging guide of HV 0.81
Forging 101 with an addition by gilf of total material costs. Its a bit hidden due to being in HV System Discussion, but it went there, because nobody actually had a mathematical correct discussion about forging.

Its block chance is not much better than new magnificent
and is lower than the older one.

Tch!... come on! those numbers are OK because they arent... or at least i dont get the explications so far: they must fall under some balance stuff that happens in the rolls that are afected by quality and yet there are some native or base value that is % dont know what of a standar value that are already in the wiki page (Note: the wiki page is a mess).

So there you go... even if i dont explain anything... the answer will be more or less the same.

More gear isn't a fix to the "drops aren't good enough" problem.

Everyone has legendaries, now monsters are too easy. Okay, let's add 20 more difficulties. Playing on MLPSuperland (exp x1000) is not rewarding enough. All we need is [www.diablowiki.net] ancient legendaries, 1 in 5 legendaries are ancient with 20% increase in stats. Now game is too easy....

Agreed. I nearly clicked the Energy Drink button a few times but caught myself in time. It should be moved to the bottom and out of the way to prevent accidentally wasting one. Or is it like that on purpose? One can never tell these days.

Well, no need to recover Health.. aside dying ("recover all" was always below all of them).. but a bit more Space.. between ED & the normal one´s wouldnt hurt ^^
