More sweet stuff. Here's Monster Number 93,
Maple Taffy:
It's a sugar candy made entirely out of maple sap. The sap is boiled beyond the point where it becomes maple syrup, but not until it reaches the point where it becomes maple sugar; just before it begins to grain.
