Curry and a sheep, huh? Here's another dish that combines both items:

Rogan josh. One of my favorite Kashmiri dishes. It's lamb cooked in a spicy curry sauce. Delicious.

This is normally a mildly spicy dish, but one version I tried in Singapore was so hot that my eyes and nose were running the entire time I was trying to finish my meal. My brother-in-law had a taste, and promptly gave up. An Indian family one table over ours, on the other hand, had no problems whatsoever with the same dish.

It was still good, though.
