It's not like you to make a mistake on stage<QC:Haven't watched the anime, but...they're superheroes, right? He's talking like an actor, saying "on stage".>

Yes, they're Superheroes, but Rose also performs as a vocalist in concerts - all the superheroes are sponsored by corporations, and in fact the entire premise of the anime is that it's like a reality superhero show, with actual people playing the parts and stopping crimes, earning points in the process etc. ステージ is similar to ライブ and is used to refer to a performance given on stage, hence the usage of (stage).

Who are you, Satou-san? <QC: Is this really a question? No question marks on translation, and asking "Who are you" and saying the name straight after makes NO sense..."

He's giving her shit for mumbling here. I don't recall who Satou is exactly, but he's implying here that she was mumbling in the same fashion that Satou does, however teasing her for doing so at the same time. It's an emphatic, mocking question which I can't think of a better translation for.

A more "literal" translation would be "are you Satou-san?!" with the よ for emphasis, however I think that'd be more confusing for readers. As it stands both the original and the translation are clearly rhetorical questions, which is important.

Agreed, I haven't read the word dullard in any English work produced in the last 50 years, however I kept it to differentiate between the standard バカ insult. I've never seen anyone use the term ニブチン before, and as the dictionary definition I found was "dullard" I decided to use the word to emphasise the non-standard insult.
If English readers didn't understand it though then that would make it a bit pointless, so I'll leave it to your judgement. orz

This one isn't really a translation of the porn itself, as much as a translation of the information given with it that makes it interesting and unique (in my mind).

I've left 腹ぐろ眼鏡 as Haraguro Megane as there doesn't appear to be a standard English translation for it. If you wish, possible translations include:

・・・えー、何でこんな本になったかと言いますと。
ぬるいエロ描きがアカツキちゃんのエロ本作るにはこれしかなかったんです。
お相手は当然シロエがいいわけなんですけど、本来のシロエの性格を考えてしますと、
エロ同人に全く向いてないので、描けなくて。
なので「腹ぐろ眼鏡」イメージの方をどうにか拝借できないか・・・ということを考えていった結果、
その面しか知らない人が描いたことにすればいいじゃん！と、なりまして、
名も無き冒険者が描いたって設定にしました。
表紙の紙なんかも、その設定と違和感のなさそうな
光沢がなくて、凹凸のある紙がいいなーと思った結果、こんな感じなのです。
本文の仕上げもいつもと変えています。
新しい試みといえばそうなので、作ってる方としては楽しかったです。

To anyone who's asking "...huh, what's with this book?":
It's a loose collection of erotic pictures, but this was all I could do.
Of course her partner here is Shiroe, but if you think about Shiroe's personality
there's absolutely no way he's ero-doujin material.
And so I thought maybe I can use the "Haraguro Megane" image...and this is how it turned out -
written as an anonymous adventurer who knows nothing else of Shiroe.
I tried also to ensure that the front cover wasn't too polished, to make it more realistic.
The content is also different from what I would usually produce.
I guess you could call this an attempt at a different style, and it was a lot of fun.

アカツキちゃん本当に大好きなので、また機会があれば何か描きたいです。
I really love Akatsuki-chan, so I hope to have another opportunity to draw her.

Ok, thanks, I'll read the other script in a bit, but to follow up on a reply you made regarding "making out", I agree - I had to say it to myself again a couple of times, and realised that the subject was "it's", so "it" wasn't a necessary addition. "Making out", taken out of context, however, refers to "kissing" here, to my knowledge, hence why I suggested it. [en.m.wikipedia.org] http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Make_out_(disambiguation) also

Although it is kinda easy to understand the gist, as the conversation flows, I'd still suggest "Why are you making it seem like it's my fault?", since, if I didnt have the source in front of me, the unedited translation can be rephrased as "why are you kissing like it's my fault?".

As for "dullard"...I concede that we should try to not use idiot, if she used a different word. However...I'm not sure of what word to use, partly because, again, haven't watched. I could suggest these:
Ignoramus: if he generally doesnt know what happens with her life
Oaf: if he's of a bigger-than-average stature
Dunce/dolt: is he dumb?

Each word has their implications, so if none of the above fit him, then yeah, go for "dullard". Might as well widen the readers' range of vocabulary xD Never expected to have an argument about English grammar here though oO

Isn't it "... I couldn't sleep again..." instead of "... You couldn't sleep again...?", the way the bubble was drawn makes it sound like Blue Rose is the one talking...

Hmm, now that you mention it, only just noticed the short line at the bottom of that bubble pointing at her. If that's the case, then yes, it should be "...I couldn't sleep again...".

・・・えー、何でこんな本になったかと言いますと。
ぬるいエロ描きがアカツキちゃんのエロ本作るにはこれしかなかったんです。
お相手は当然シロエがいいわけなんですけど、本来のシロエの性格を考えてしますと、
エロ同人に全く向いてないので、描けなくて。
なので「腹ぐろ眼鏡」イメージの方をどうにか拝借できないか・・・ということを考えていった結果、
その面しか知らない人が描いたことにすればいいじゃん！と、なりまして、
名も無き冒険者が描いたって設定にしました。
表紙の紙なんかも、その設定と違和感のなさそうな
光沢がなくて、凹凸のある紙がいいなーと思った結果、こんな感じなのです。
本文の仕上げもいつもと変えています。
新しい試みといえばそうなので、作ってる方としては楽しかったです。

To anyone who's asking "...huh, what's with this book?":
It's a loose collection of erotic pictures, but this was all I could do.
Of course her partner here is Shiroe, but if you think about Shiroe's personality
there's absolutely no way he's ero-doujin material.
And so I thought maybe I can use the "Haraguro Megane" image...and this is how it turned out -
written as an anonymous adventurer who knows nothing else of Shiroe.
I tried also to ensure that the front cover wasn't too polished, to make it more realistic.
The content is also different from what I would usually produce.
I guess you could call this an attempt at a different style, and it was a lot of fun.

アカツキちゃん本当に大好きなので、また機会があれば何か描きたいです。
I really love Akatsuki-chan, so I hope to have another opportunity to draw her.

Note 1: Since this page was written as if the author was inside the game itself, I wonder if he/she would still be able to have a divide of mindset between the game's world and the real world. But then again, if you're comfortable enough that you can actually think about ecchi stuff and write this...then I suppose "land" is comfortable enough a word to be used, rather than something like "world" or "realm".

"My little"...sport <QC: The 『...』, I believe, are Japanese versions of quotation marks. I'd like to clarify if it's around "My little", or "sport", please.

The parenthesis are around "sport". "My little..." is my own addition.

Once...I thought of myself and her
as alike... <QC:Original looked awkward, might flow better as either "as alike" or "as a pair". If it's a saying, "as two feathers of the same bird".>

If you feel it is awkward, may I suggest "as being alike"?
