Yup, we're now at 0.84
A pre 0.82 (when they were dropping unassigned) has worse stats than post 0.82 (that's the downside of them being unassigned), so I'd say they're good for new players, not much for higher level ones (because there's better gear available), just use Equipment comparison script (can be found in this thread)

adb is adb (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)
if the adb is too low, upgrades will get you close to lmax instead of going beyond that (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
