A nice little piece for a DW set, or perhaps for a 1h (I heard somewhere that the ADB of axes and shortswords might actually be better than the penetrated armour of rapiers... Was this ever tested?)

1st one checked. It showed 2 different IP so its a dynamic IP

Well I found out you can't port forward with a dynamic IP since it changes every time you log in. The only way to run H@H is to have a static IP which it seems I don't have. Already paying alot for the net so I don't have money to buy another private static ip just to run H@H.

Having a dynamic IP doesn't matter.

Assuming your H@H port is configured to port 11223, and your device running it has in internal IP of 192.168.0.3, you could try either one of the below:

Oh well, I got summoned here for some reason. Let's start from the beginning.

That's just wrong. You are looking at the wrong side of the router. A server will work on any IP, as long as the requests get to it. DHCP leases for routers are actually pretty long, a lease is quite computationally expensive for a DHCP server to perform so the periods given are often big (several days for example).

That said, the IPs from which your last couple of posts have been made are strikingly different. Which makes me suspect that you are not getting a public IP in your lease at all. Basically Alliance Broadband is screwing you (and your neighbours) over by placing a set of routers with several exit points and routing N households over X exit points, where N >> X. That is a guess. But based on you post history I strongly believe that you are behind a double NAT alright (once from Alliance and one in your router, the later being alright).

I don't know what to say. They said they didn't block any port >_<

It is not like router problem is offtop and we hate offtop being here, but because if we have guys and ladies who are more proficient in such stuff than we are - why should we bother you with our loose help when experts may help you better and faster?

By the way - bought this Boots from bazaar:

Why 1H/Heavy even need Juggernaut at all to begin with? 1H/Heavy is unstoppable in one way or another - 1000 HP plus or minus - doesn't matter at all.
With JUG5 in boots I have 29968;
Without JUG5 in boots I have 28944;
Yeah, 1,000 HP left - and what? I doubt any monster would deal any problem to me even with this amount, especially after increasing Pmit a little (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

But you know what is even less useful than having high juggernaut for 1h?
